With only 1 competitor on the market (at that time), we were confident that we could make a product that was faster, easier to use, safer and better looking. The concept is quite simple, but hard to pull off. We needed a full understanding of Domains, Inbox health, DKIM, DMARC and SPF Authentication.

Problem
The market had a lack of high quality cold emailing setup automation. This leads to people creating domain records without fully understanding what needs to be in there. Meanwhile, the existing tools on the market still had a low open rate.

Our team did extensive research to fully understand domains and how to maintain inbox health. We came up with a structure that allows users to create their whole cold email infrastructure within minutes. We wanted to stick with just three steps. Setting up domains, setting up inboxes and finally, exporting/importing all their inboxes in bulk.
To achieve speed and simplicity, we reduced the user's effort as much as we could. 0 third party apps and 0 hassle. Everything is taken care of in the background. The user can go about their day while our automated system takes care of the rest. Once everything is set up, an export will be ready in any format that is desired.
In this case, even more important than the app itself was the health of the inboxes. To make sure we deliver high-quality inboxes, we partnered with a reputable hosting provider. We also post guides on cold emailing and email warming to make sure our users know what to do even after finishing the whole process with us.

With multiple upgrades and even some custom plans with higher slots than the regular ones we can tell the service is helping our clients achieve their goals.
